Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NexusGrounds. These Terms describe how our relationship works when you use the platform. We wrote them as clearly and as humanly as possible, so that before you create an account you know exactly what you are signing up for.

Art. 1 — About NexusGrounds

NexusGrounds is a digital space dedicated to spiritual and personal exploration where you can order astrology, numerology, compatibility, palm reading, and coffee reading interpretations. Every interpretation you receive is generated by our proprietary artificial intelligence system, based on the information you provide. We are a technology platform operated by a human team, but the interpretations themselves are produced algorithmically, under quality supervision by our team.

The platform is operated by NEXUS CONCEPT SRL, a Romanian limited-liability company with registered office at Str. Grădiștei 36, Sat Păulești, Prahova County, postal code 107400, România, Tax ID 52611066, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2025074790000 (EUID ROONRC.J2025074790000), contact email contact@nexusgrounds.com.

Art. 2 — Acceptance of Terms

Creating a NexusGrounds account implies explicit acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy. At registration you tick two checkboxes confirming that you have read and agree to both documents — this acceptance is recorded with date and time as proof of your consent.

To use the platform you must be at least 18 years old. If you ever update your email address or other account data, we will notify you. If these Terms change in the future, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new version takes effect — you will have time to decide whether to stay with us or leave.

Art. 3 — Services we offer

Astrogram — Your natal chart

Based on your date, time, and place of birth, our artificial intelligence system builds your natal chart and generates a personalized interpretation. The more accurate the birth time, the more precise the interpretation.

Compatibility — Couple interpretation

You provide both parties' birth data and our AI system analyses astrological compatibility, generating an interpretation that covers meeting points, tensions, and opportunities for mutual growth.

Numerology

Starting from your full name and date of birth, our AI system computes your key numbers and translates them into a personal interpretation about path, potential, and cycles.

Coffee Reading

You upload one or more clear photographs of your cup and our AI system examines the symbols, letters, and shapes the cup carries. The result is a written, personalized reading.

Palm Reading

You upload photographs of your palms and our AI system analyses the lines and signs and generates a reading about character, tendencies, and possibilities.

Each service is ordered through the platform and paid for in Euros (EUR) (see Art. 7). After payment, the request is processed automatically by our AI system; you receive an email and an in-app notification the moment your interpretation is finalized.

Art. 5 — Your account

At registration we ask for three pieces of information: name, email address / billing information, and a password. The password is protected by strong encryption — no NexusGrounds employee, including administrators, can see it.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential; if you suspect someone has obtained it, change it immediately from settings and write to contact@nexusgrounds.com.

Email verification is mandatory before the first payment or order. We send you a confirmation link immediately after registration — click it to fully activate your account.

Art. 6 — Photos you upload

For palm and coffee readings you need to upload photographs. By uploading them to the platform, you guarantee the following:

• the photos belong to you or you have the right to use them for this purpose;
• they do not contain personal data of other people who have not given their consent;
• you upload them exclusively to receive the ordered interpretation.

Your photos are accessible only by our AI system for generating the interpretation, plus our technical administration team for platform maintenance. We do not publish them, we do not share them with third parties, we do not use them for any other purpose.

Photos are automatically deleted 30 days after your interpretation is finalized. After deletion they no longer exist physically on our servers and cannot be recovered.

Art. 7 — Payments

NexusGrounds services are paid directly in Euros (EUR), by bank card (Banca Transilvania, 3-D Secure), PayPal, or other accredited financial institutions. Every service has a price in EUR, displayed clearly before ordering.

Refunds

Services not yet started: in accordance with art. 14 of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014 on consumer rights, you have 14 days from the payment date to request a refund for a service whose execution has not yet begun. Write to contact@nexusgrounds.com and we will process your request within a maximum of 14 business days.

Services already rendered: once your interpretation has been finalized and delivered, the service is considered fully rendered. By purchasing the service you give us your express consent for execution to begin before the 14-day period expires, which — under art. 16 letter m) of OUG 34/2014 — deprives you of the right of withdrawal for that specific service.

Technical failure and special cases

For situations where the interpretation is not delivered due to technical reasons (reading does not arrive within 72 hours, empty reading, system error), we have detailed the complete procedure in a separate document: Refund Policy.

In brief: if you do not receive the interpretation within 72 hours of payment, or if you receive an empty/erroneous reading, you are entitled to a refund. We process the investigation manually within a maximum of 48 hours. We offer 4 options: free re-generation, account credit, discount coupon, or monetary refund.

Art. 8 — Your interpretation belongs to you

The interpretation you receive is yours. You can keep it, download it, re-read it anytime, share it with close friends and family.

What you cannot do is reproduce the interpretation as a commercial product or sell it onward as your own work — the textual content remains protected under the intellectual property rights of NEXUS CONCEPT SRL as platform operator and content generator through its proprietary artificial intelligence system, and you hold a personal-use license.

The platform's design, editorial texts, structure, graphics, and the NexusGrounds brand belong to the operating company and are protected by intellectual property legislation.

Art. 9 — Conduct on the platform

So that our relationship remains healthy for everyone, we ask you:

• to use real and correct information at registration;
• not to create multiple accounts for the same person;
• not to upload illegal, obscene, violent content or content that infringes others' rights;
• not to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems;
• not to use the platform if you are under 18.

We reserve the right to suspend or close the account of any person who violates these rules. Where possible, we contact you beforehand to give you the opportunity to respond.

Art. 10 — Limitation of liability

NexusGrounds is not liable for decisions you take following the reading of your interpretations. Services are provided "as is", for spiritual exploration and reflection, and the responsibility for applying or not applying the received insights rests entirely with you.

NexusGrounds' total liability towards you, regardless of the legal nature of any eventual claim, is limited to the total amount you have paid in the last 12 months. In any case, we are not liable for indirect losses, derived moral damages, or costs caused by your personal decisions.

Art. 11 — Account deletion and your data

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings → Security section. It is an irreversible action, but transparent: we tell you exactly what happens to your data before confirmation.

Upon deletion, the following happens:

• your name and email are anonymized immediately;
• your interpretations become anonymous (they can no longer be linked to your identity);
• financial data (invoices, transactions) is retained for 7 years as a tax obligation;
• active sessions are closed automatically.

Art. 12 — Modifications and notifications

If we update these Terms, we notify you by email and via a banner in your account with at least 30 days before the modifications take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you can delete your account at any time.

The current version of these Terms is 1.1, updated on May 9, 2026. The version you accepted at registration is preserved in our consent register.

Art. 13 — Applicable law and dispute resolution

The contractual relationship between you and NexusGrounds is governed by Romanian law. We strive to resolve any grievance amicably — write to contact@nexusgrounds.com and we respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.

For issues that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts are those in Romania at the operator's registered office. For complaints regarding personal-data processing, you can also contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro.
