Immediately after completing your payment, the “Start Experience” button becomes available on the Experiences page. There, you’ll find three dedicated upload fields for your photos — each labeled with clear guidance on the required angle (top view, side view, and inside detail).

Before submission, the platform also shows you a short visual guide to help you capture the images correctly, ensuring that the interpreter can observe every relevant detail.

If your uploaded images are blurry, too dark, or out of focus, the NexusGrounds platform automatically notifies you and allows you to resend them at no extra cost.

This ensures that every interpretation is based on clear, visible details rather than assumptions — maintaining both quality and authenticity in the reading.

Yes. You may request a reinterpretation whenever you feel a new perspective might reveal different meanings. Sometimes, symbols gain new significance over time or in a changed emotional context.

The reinterpretation is usually offered at half price and handled by the same interpreter to preserve continuity and tone.

The interpretation text is at least 1,000 characters long, but often ranges between 1,500 and 2,000, depending on the complexity of the cup and any extra questions you include.

For example, a cup that contains multiple themes — like a heart, a path, or human and animal shapes — may lead to a longer narrative connecting emotional, professional, and relational aspects. If you add specific questions (“What does this symbol mean?”, “How do these shapes connect?”), the interpreter expands the text proportionally, offering deeper insight and context.

These follow-up questions continue the same cup interpretation and are ideal for clarifications, such as:

If you want a completely new reading with new photos, you’ll need to submit a separate request, not just an extra question pack.

Once your interpretation is complete, you automatically receive an email with the attached PDF. The file also appears in your NexusGrounds account, where you can revisit or download it anytime.

The PDF includes the full text, key symbols analyzed, and the date of interpretation, helping you follow your personal reflection journey over time.
